Designs - We can draw you a set of home plans from your sketch on notebook paper, or tweak a set of architectural designs to meet your needs. If you can dream it, we can build it. Handicap Accessible - We are familiar with building requirements for handicap accessible homes, and have done work for local housing authories that meets or exceeds federal standards. If you have an accessibility issue, we can help you customize your home to meet your needs.

Energy Efficient Homes - Hageman Builders, LLC has been building energy efficient homes since before anyone called them that. We started building energy efficient homes back in the 80's. It was called  the Super Good Sense Home program. We built over a dozen homes with those standards. We were also one of the first to build Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) panel homes or foam homes. We have built over 20, we've lived in 2, and grandma lived in one. Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) will make your home more energy efficient and 2½ times stronger.

Gorge Scenic Area - Hageman Builders, LLC was one of the first builders to go through Gorge Scenic Planning approval process, and we've successfully done so 11 times so far. We can help you walk through the labyrinth of rules and regulations and make recommendations for you to help your home pass the scrutiny of building in the Gorge Scenic Area.
